Bob Alsan is the Founder and Managing Principal of Atlas Vantage LLC and a senior advisor with extensive experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Crisis Management, AI Strategy Consulting, and Project and Program leadership. He has supported complex organizations in regulated industries by helping them strengthen governance, improve preparedness, manage risk, and deliver critical initiatives successfully. Bob is also recognized for standards-informed leadership, including co-authoring six published ISO global standards, and brings a practical, executive-focused approach to every client engagement.
