Our Firm:
Atlas Vantage is a boutique advisory firm founded in 2015 by Bob Alsan. We focus on two areas — operational resilience and business continuity, and risk management — for regulated organizations where failure is not an option. Every engagement is led and delivered by our founder, a practitioner who has spent a career building and stress-testing the exact programs he now helps clients design.

Bob's 25+ years of experience span leading organizations including IBM, Ernst & Young, Humana, Centene, Bank of America, Lockheed Martin, Philip Morris International, Fluor and Tyco International.

Today, that experience is paired with artificial intelligence. We have developed our proprietary AI-based tools and methodology. Our GIRDER™ methodology provides a structured process for collecting, validating, and evaluating client information. It feeds AV RIVET™, our proprietary risk evaluation platform, to support informed decisions about risk, business continuity, and operational resilience.

He co-authored six ISO international standards on business continuity and resilience, so clients get advice from someone who helped write the standards auditors use.

Advisory Access — A senior resilience and risk advisor on call: up to ten hours a month, a 48-hour response and a standing monthly call, without adding headcount.

Fractional Leadership — Senior leadership without a full-time hire. Our principal serves as your fractional Business Continuity Director, Operational Resilience Director or Risk Management Director — one to two days a week, for three to twelve months — to run your program, lead your committees and prepare you for audits and exams. Also available for interim cover during a leadership vacancy.
