Our Firm:
Atlas Vantage is a boutique advisory firm led by practitioners who have spent careers building and stress-testing the exact programs they now help clients design — from Fortune 100 boardrooms to regulatory examination rooms.

Atlas Vantage was founded in 2015 by Bob Alsan — a practitioner who had spent three decades inside Fortune 100 organizations building the exact programs that most consulting firms only advise on from a distance. After leading enterprise resilience, risk, and program initiatives at organizations including IBM, Ernst & Young, Humana, Centene, Bank of America, Lockheed Martin, Philip Morris International, Fluor, and Tyco International, Bob saw a consistent gap: large advisory firms delivered frameworks and left. Organizations in regulated, high-stakes environments needed something different — a senior advisor who would stay in the room, do the work, and be accountable for the outcome.
